Our Shopping Cart above shows the Name and Price of the items you want to purchase after you click on a ADD TO CART button in our Store. You will be redirected to complete your purchase on PayPal’s Secure Server. A PayPal account is not necessary to pay with your credit/debit card. Please Note: I DO NOT receive or collect any of your personal financial information from PayPal.com.

After you complete your payment on PayPal.com you will be returned to a confirmation page on this website so you can download the digital files you ordered.

Any item(s) that require U.S. Mail delivery will be processed and shipped within two (2) business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery by U.S. Mail within the Continental United States and 10 business days for International Mail Delivery.

All Active Paid Members can also view their Purchase History and request new download links in the event there is a problem with any of the digital files purchased. Access to your Purchase History page is located under the View-Cart Checkout tab in our Main Menu.

All purchases are processed ONLY through PayPal.com in U.S. Funds. PayPal.com will send you an email containing the details of your purchases. You can also log into your account at www.PayPal.com to view the details.

I will also send you a confirmation email from Dave Buchanan –– Masters of Video Marketing with details of your purchase and include links to access or download the items you ordered. The encrypted access and/or download links will remain valid for 24 hours.

It’s very important that you read the emails I send you and to follow the instructions to receive the products you have purchased.

IMPORTANT: If you do not see our Confirmation Emails in your INBOX, check your JUNK or SPAM folder in your email application. If you see our email, Right-click on the message and MOVE it to your INBOX, then approve our email address so you do not miss any important messages.


Refund Policy Overview

Due to the digital nature of the audio and video files, and the fact that after a digital product and/or service has been delivered; in the form of reading, viewing, watching a video or listening to an audio or video presentation online or by a direct download, the product or service we sell or giveaway is consumed by the user and therefore cannot be returned unused.

We offer NO Refund on the sales of any downloaded digital file. I only warrant the integrity of the video and/or audio files and will replace any file that is damaged or lost during or after your purchase –– as long as you are an active registered member.

View Your Purchase History

Links to all of the products you have purchased are also available in the Purchase History Page. Access the Purchase History page under the View-Cart Checkout Menu. You can also request new downloads for any digital products you have purchased on this website, in the event they may get damaged or lost in the future.

The audio and video files on this website are in the Public Domain unless indicated in the file description. Your purchase of any audio or video file entitles you to a royalty-free license. Your purchase includes unlimited authorization and redistribution rights that gives you permission to share the files you download and/or purchase from this website, with your family and friends without paying any fees or royalties to anyone.

The purchase and use of any video or audio file that you download are for your personal use and a source of information and entertainment. Your purchase indicates that you agree with the above statement and all published policies on this website.

ZIP Format Archive Files

All Downloads are in ZIP Format Archives to preserve the integrity of individual audio files and to reduce download time.

The ZIP files should automatically decompress on your device after download, or by clicking on the file icon. If the ZIP archive DOES NOT automatically expand, your device may not have the WinZip App installed. If you do not have WinZip installed, go to www.winzip.com and download the free application.
