What Happens If I DO NOT Renew My Pre-Paid Membership Account?

Your Pre-Paid Membership Plan will continue until the end of the period of time you purchased. I DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR PRE-PAID MEMBERSHIP. If you DO NOT renew your pre-paid membership account after it expires, your account will be downgraded to a Subscriber Level with Free Membership status. You will still be able to Login to your Membership Account Pages and you can continue to view the Public Featured Videos and other Public Content on my website –– but you will NOT have Access to our Members Only Protected Content.

How Can I Renew or Upgrade My Existing Membership Account?

I will send you an email 7 days prior to the expiration of the Membership Term you purchased to give you the opportunity to renew or upgrade your existing Membership Account. Click the Link in the email and you will be transfered to my website to Renew or Upgrade your Membership Account.

You can also Renew or Upgrade your Existing Membership Account, before or after expiration, by visiting the Renew Your Membership page located in the Join Us tab in the main menu on my website. You will be required to Login BEFORE you can purchase a new Membership Plan.

Membership Refund Overview

All Pre-Paid Membership Accounts are TEMPORARY and only Active for the duration you choose. Pre-Paid Memberships Cancel at the End of the Pre-Paid Term and Do Not Auto-Renew. I DO NOT automatically charge your PayPal Account or Your Credit Card when your Membership Term expires. You are NOT required to purchase a new Membership Term when your current Membership Expires. Your Membership Account will be downgraded to Subscriber Level with Free Membership status. You will still be able to Login to your Members Dashboard and you can continue to view the Public Featured Videos and other Public Content on my website –– but you will NOT have Access to our Members Only Protected Content. Therefore, I DO NOT offer any refund on Pre-Paid Membership purchases. See my Digital Product Warranty Below for Additional Information.

How Can I Cancel / Delete My Membership Account?

IMPORTANT: If you choose to cancel or delete your Membership Account, you will NOT be able to purchase any discounted products offered on this Site, view any Members Only Content, view your Purchase History, view Saved Bookmarks, or Request New Downloads of your previous digital file purchases. All of your personal data will be completely deleted from our database including your purchase history and available downloads of all digital products you have purchased.

I recommend that instead of requesting that your Membership Account be deleted, that you can choose to remain a Subscriber with Free Membership status. I will never REQUIRE you to renew your account. You can still access all of the Public Content on this Site, including your Members Dashboard to edit your personal information when needed. I DO NOT have the ability to recover your Membership Account once I permantenly delete the information and remove you from my database. All digital product warranties will be deleted. If a digital product you have purchased gets damaged or lost, I will not be able to verify your previous purchase and you will be required to purchase the product again. This process is permanent and unrecoverable.

How Can I Unsubscribe From Your Newsletter and Emails?

If you only want to Unsubscribe from my Newsletter and Product Update Emails, click the UNSUBSCRIBRE Link at the bottom of the emails I send you. You will be removed from my newsletter management application. You can re-subscribe at anytime if you want. However, if you purchase a Featured Product I need to send you the transaction emails that confirm your purchases, with instructions on how to download the digital files.


Digital Product Purchases, Receipts, Emails and Shipping Details

All Purchases are Processed Through PayPal.com in U.S. Funds. You can safely use your credit/debit card on PayPal’s secure server. A PayPal.com account is not required. Your Financial Privacy is Protected by PayPal.com –– the same security as your online bank. I DO NOT receive any of your personal financial information. PayPal.com will send you an email containing the details of your purchases. If you have a PayPal.com account you can Login and view the details of the transaction.

Membership Registration Process

U.S. Law Requires Me to Get Your Permission to Send You an Email and Add Your Personal Information to our Active Membership Database. After your Membership Purchase, You are Required to Complete a Membership Account Registration Form and Click the “Send Verification Email” Button.

I will send you an email from “Dave Buchanan –– Masters of Video Marketing” to the email address you provide on the Registration Form. You are Required to Click the Link in the Email I Send to You. Your Action Will Confirm Your Email Address and Verify That You Give Me Permission to Contact You by Email.

When You Click the Link in the Email, You Will Be Transferred Back to My Website to Complete Your Registration and Create a Username and Password for Your Private Membership Account.

Digital Product Purchases

When you Purchase a Digital Product I will send you a Confirmation Email from Dave Buchanan –– Masters of Video Marketing with details of your purchase and links to access to our website and/or download the digital items you ordered. The encrypted access and/or download links in your email will remain valid for 48 hours. You can also request new downloads of the digital products you have purchased in your Purchase History.

Any item(s) that require U.S. Mail delivery will be processed and shipped within two (2) business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery by U.S. Mail within the Continental United States and 10 business days for International Mail Delivery.

It’s very important that you read the emails I send you and follow the instructions to receive the products you have purchased. My sales transaction email address is noreply@mastersofvideomarketing.net.

How Can I Download the Products I Ordered?

You will see a link to the product(s) you purchased in my Confirmation Emails and in your Purchase History. Right-Click or Double-Tap the link(s) to download the products you ordered to your computer, tablet or smartphone. Select “Save Target As…” and choose the Desktop Location.

Right-Click on the Download Icon and Choose Save As … Highlight the File Name to Change It so you can remember the video or audio file.

Where Are My Downloads?

Check your internet browser for an Icon that indicates a file has been download. Click on the icon to view your download folder.

Depending on how you setup your device, most computers, tablets and smartphones have a specific folder for downloaded items, usually named “Downloads” or “My Documents”. If you do not use the right-click method above, when you click the links, your device will place the file(s) into the default Downloads Folder. Open the Download Folder on your device and locate the file you purchased. Move the files to your desktop or place them in a new folder on your desktop for easy access.

How Can I Play the Audio and Video Files on My Device

Audio and Video Files are formatted in standard MP3 and MP4 formats commonly used on YouTube and other social media sites. Windows PCs normally use Windows Media Player while Apple Computers, iPads and iPhones uses iTunes or the Quicktime Player. Other smartphones have their own audio and video players. If you have problems playing the Mp3 audio files or Mp4 videos on your device, you can also download the free VLC Media Player at https://www.videolan.org.


What Format are the Digital Files?

All Downloads are in a universal ZIP Format Archive to preserve the integrity of individual video or audio files and to reduce download time.

The ZIP files should automatically decompress on your device after download. If the ZIP archive DOES NOT automatically expand, Tap or double-click on the ZIP archive to expand the contents. You will see a new folder with the name of the collection you purchased. The documents, audio files and/or videos you purchased are in the newly created folder.

I Can’t Open the ZIP Archive

If you can’t open the ZIP archive, you do not have the Free Trial Version of WinZip installed on your device. You will need to download and install the WinZip Free Trial Version or Purchase the App on your device.

How Can I the Read Ebooks and Articles I Download?

All digital documents available for download have been converted to a universal Adobe PDF Format. The PDF file uses the Free Adobe Acrobat Reader available for any computer, tablet or mobile device. I provide limited access to a wide variety of videos, audio files, articles, ebooks, plus other digital products and services that are for the purpose of education, information and entertainment. My products and services include; video lessons, audio recordings, ebooks, articles, blog posts, and free newsletter subscriptions. Full access to Members Only Protected Content Requires a Pre-Paid Active Membership.

Due to the digital nature of the audio and video files, and the fact that you can watch the full-length video, or an excerpt, on our website while Active during any Pre-Paid Membership Term, all sales are final.

Once a digital product and/or service has been delivered or posted online; in the form of reading, viewing, watching a video or listening to an audio or video presentation online or by a direct download, the product or service we provide is consumed by the user and therefore cannot be returned unused.

I offer NO Refund on the sales of any Pre-Paid Membership or Downloaded Digital Files. I only warrant the integrity of the video, audio file and other digital documents that are available for purchase or free download. How Can I View My Purchase History and Request New Digital Product Downloads?

Visit your Purchase History. The Purchase History page is located under the View-Cart Checkout Menu Tab. You are required to LOGIN to your Membership Account to view your purchase history. You will have access to all of your previous digital product purchases and can request fresh downloads in the event your files are damaged or lost.

The use of any video or audio file that you download are for your personal use and a source of information and entertainment. The audio, video and document files on available for purchase or free download from this website are in the Public Domain unless indicated in the file description. Your purchase of any file entitles you to a royalty-free license. Your purchase includes unlimited authorization and redistribution rights that gives you permission to share the files you download and/or purchase from this website, with your family and friends without paying any fees or royalties to anyone.
